I've been running my business for over 8 years and I wish I had joined a programme like this when I first started out! Believe me, I have made a LOT of mistakes along the way and now I want to pass on these valuable lessons to you, to save you time (and potentially money) and ensure you have a head start when it comes to setting up your own business.

Working for yourself can be very lonely (and very rewarding!) so having a group of like-minded people who "get it" is absolutely invaluable.

During this half-day intensive programme, you will learn the following:

• How to set yourself up as self-employed - if the thought of HMRC, tax returns and becoming self-employed terrifies you, our first session all about these first steps will leave you feeling much more confident and relaxed!
• How to establish an online presence - from setting up Facebook and Instagram accounts, to making your name known out there, we'll cover the basics of social media marketing and branding.
• How your own money mindset can get in the way of charging the "right" price for your tuition and resources.
• How to set boundaries around who, what, where and when you will work, without feeling guilty or "rude", and how to stick to your terms and conditions.
• How to get yourself out there and start earning some extra cash, or leave teaching altogether and start a new life outside the classroom!

On 4th August, 2025, from 9:30am until 12pm, we will meet on Zoom to get you all set up with your side hustle, or to leave teaching altogether to set off on your own adventure!
