How to use Kate Languages resources [2 min read]

This blog post is a little different as I'm showcasing YOUR top tips for using Kate Languages resources!
I recently sent out a feedback questionnaire, and lots of you wonderful people responded with some extremely helpful information that I've been using to inform the direction of Kate Languages this academic year.
I'll be honest with you all... reading through your responses to pick my favourites has actually blown my mind a bit. I sit here on my computer, writing workbooks and lessons, send them out into the big wide world... and I sometimes forget that people are actually using them, and finding them helpful, and they're actually impacting young people's learning in such a positive way. Wow!
Anyway... One of the questions in the feedback questionnaire was "in what ways have you used my resources with your students?" Here are 5 of my favourite answers:
1. I have used them in small group booster sessions to support me unpicking a text.
2. I've used the booklets for homework. I've created quizzes with the GCSE resources for my year 11's and also used the specific worksheets for Valentine's Day to change up the learning a little bit.
3. I have laminated all of the role plays and photo cards and use them for revision with KS4 students. I have also used the reading questions in carousel lessons.
4. Homework and revision for exams but latterly I have used them as an integral part of my lessons.
5. As revision, helped me to differentiate in my mixed tier class of 29 without creating endless resources.
Is this how you're using Kate Languages resources as well? Email or DM me on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn to let me know how you're using these resources!
